My two kids are off at college. That means a lot of empty space in the house. Instead of wallowing in the empty-nest syndrome, my husband and I decided to roll up our sleeves and renovate.

One of the first things we decided on was to convert our den. It used to be a space only for watching TV, but we bought a Westmont pool table to put in it. Even though we didn’t consciously plan it this way, our kids are frequently home to play pool!
