Inline skate wheels

To be good in inline skating, you need to spend time for practice. As in any sport, practice makes perfect. But everyday skating can wear the wheels of your skates. This is especially true when skating on rough ground and downhill. Your weight also adds to their wear and tear.

When skates begin to feel shaky, they most likely need replacement. Inline skate wheels need to be changed when there are visible signs of wear and when the skates begin to slow down. When it’s becoming difficult for your legs to control the skates, the wheels might also need changing. Aside from changing wheels, rotating them is also important to avoid accidents. This may be done at least every six months to as often as once a month, depending on how active an inline skater you are.
