Keep your children busy during the school break by organizing a softball team. It is easy if you have the cooperation of parents in your neighborhood. With a team that they belong to, the children will be taught that they are playing to win but first and foremost, they must have fun and have a positive softball experience. Getting them to understand teamwork is an important beginning.

The parents will be eager to watch their little boys play. The little boys will be raring to put on their youth softball glove. And the coach is enthusiastic to start imparting his winning lecture. He will emphasize three important things – safety, fun and winning. Safety means that nobody swings a bat or throws a ball without checking that he will not hit someone. The goal is that everybody should be having fun. The coach will make sure that everybody in the team should have a winning attitude.
