One of the most fun and rewarding sports that anyone can play is softball. However, it is important to keep in mind that you should dress properly before playing to avoid some painful injuries. Dress appropriately on the diamond:

~Wear sliders or thigh-cut leggings under your shorts to protect your upper leg from getting scratched when sliding. They should fit snugly and should have pads on both outer sides. ~Tuck softball shirts all around, not just in the front.~Wear a turtle neck, long-sleeved shirt under your uniform if it’s fifty degrees or under. If it’s sixty or over, a simple undershirt would suffice.
