In high school and college I was part of the varsity track team. My best friend on the other hand was member of the varsity table tennis. I remember playing table tennis with him when we were at grade school together. Back then I was better than him. Then after a few months his dad got him a table tennis table. My friend trained everyday and soon after he became very good.

Once he learned how to add spin in his stroke, he beat me every time. I guess he practiced day and night in his table tennis table. He became so good that he was the number one ranked player in our university. Since I couldn’t compete with him in table tennis, I tried out for the track team. We practiced different sports but we remained best friends even today.
